How we work

Shop Approach

How Camber Works handles visits: confirm the fault first, explain the options, then complete the agreed mechanical work.

The service flow

  1. Describe the concern. Share the symptom, when it started, and what you notice while driving.
  2. Confirm one clear fault. Diagnostics narrow the cause before parts are ordered or replaced.
  3. Review related systems. Brakes, suspension, or consumables are checked when they connect to the complaint.
  4. Stick to the agreed work. Repair stays in scope unless you approve an additional step.

When to start with diagnostics only

Short visits or unclear symptoms usually need inspection first—save a full brake or suspension job for when the fault is confirmed and approved.
